Tajikistan

In August of 1996 I went to Tajikistan with a medical team organized by ORA (Orphans Refugees and Aid.) There were 25 people on the team. Team members included doctors, nurses and other health care providers as well as a few non-health care professionals like myself. I am an electronics engineer and spent the whole two weeks working in a maternity hospital repairing broken equipment. It was a great experience and I will tell you more about it if you click here: The 1996 ORA medical team
